Purpose of the Website

This document governs access and use of the Website. Access is free of charge, except for any connection costs borne by the user.

QUALIX PHARMA S.L. may modify, without prior notice, the presentation, contents and services of the Website.

Access and use of the Website grants the condition of User, who accepts from the start these terms. The User undertakes to use the information and services correctly, avoiding unlawful activities or those that infringe third-party rights.

QUALIX PHARMA S.L. does not guarantee the continuity, availability or usefulness of the Website, and is not liable for damages, viruses or improper use.

Intellectual & Industrial Property

All content (texts, logos, images, software, design, etc.) belongs to QUALIX PHARMA S.L. or authorized third parties. Reproduction, distribution or public communication is prohibited without prior authorization.

Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

The relationship with the User is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.

V. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

Scope: purchases made at www.qualixpharma.com with delivery in Spain and Portugal.

Payment methods: credit/debit card or other options available via the secure MONEI payment gateway.

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise indicated.

VI. SHIPPING POLICY

Carrier: all shipments are made through NACEX.

Territory: Spain and Portugal.

Delivery times: 24 to 72 hours within Spain; up to 7 business days in Portugal (from order confirmation).

Shipping cost: €4.90 per order.

Tracking: all orders include a tracking number once processed.

Delivery: two attempts at the indicated address. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be left at the nearest NACEX point, available for collection within 7 calendar days.

Quality & sanitary conditions: storage and transport comply with applicable regulations and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

VII. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal: the customer may return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, without justification.

How to request a return

1. Email ventas@qualixpharma.com with your order number.
2. We will provide return/shipping instructions.
3. Once the product is received and verified, we will process the refund.

Conditions

• Product must be in original packaging, unopened, with intact seal and in perfect condition.
• No returns are accepted for opened, manipulated or unsealed products for sanitary safety reasons.
• If the product is defective or incorrect, QUALIX PHARMA S.L. will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge.
• In returns due to withdrawal, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receiving and verifying the returned product, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
